Shrimp with chili sauce is very easy to cook (Chinese cuisine)

Rid of fishy smel frist

potato starch one bite

Shrimp seasoning
For 200g of shrimp
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of sake
A little ginger juice
A little pepper
About 1/3 of beaten egg
Please mix well untill littie white buble afterwards
3 tablespoons of potato starch

15 shrimp
Green onion 50g
Garlic 10g (tube is OK)
Ginger 12g (tube is OK)
Half tomato
Doubanjiang 1,5 tsp
1 teaspoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon of chili oil
A little sesame oil

Combined seasoning
Soup 50cc (water and Chinese soup stock are OK)
1,5 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Ajinomoto 1/2 teaspoon
2 tablespoons of ketchup
1 tablespoon of sake
A pinch white pepper
