Evening and night time plane spotting at Tampa International Airport (KTPA).

Plane spotting and random action hanging out at Tampa International Airport for a few hours. Spent most of the night recording 1 Left, but did catch some action from 1 Right. A decent rocket launch by a UPS 757. A couple of Fed Ex freighters. The Edelweiss A340 pushed back, but had second thoughts and pushed back in before finally departing. Some engine glow on a couple of the departures. And as always, my favorite TPA regular visitor, the Virgin Atlantic A330.

Note: The camera that I'm using increases the brightness quite a bit during nighttime filming. It doesn't look like what you’re seeing in the video to the naked eye. I don't want to discourage anyone from nighttime spotting in person at TPA or other airports. It's a fun experience to hang out and watch the planes come and go after dark. At the same time, I don't want people to see the after dark video on this channel thinking it will look exactly the same in person and be disappointed.
