Welcome to my firsttime watching Signs (2002) an incredible film filled with suspense, science fiction, mystery, and family drama directed by M. Nights Shyamalan.

The story of "Signs" follows former priest Graham Hess, played by Mel Gibson, as he discovers mysterious crop circles on his farm, leading to a chilling realization that extraterrestrial forces may be at play.

The way that Shyamalan imbues all of his characters with a strong objective and purpose makes these characters feel grounded and makes his unique take on the alien invasion trope that much more engaging.

The performances all of the actors gave but especially Mel Gibson (Graham Hess) and Joaquin Phoenix as Merrill Hess. They had an incredible dynamic on screen.
