In this video I've shared an amazing way to prepare hair gel, hair cream, and consumable cookies from just 1/2 cup of flaxseeds. This can be easily incorporated with your current hair washing routine without investing separately for it.
This routine is to help you regain your lost hair line, regrow bald batches, and have denser and fuller hair for your self.
The ingredients used are all in your kitchen or hair care shelf. I'm sure for your results if you promise yourself a disciplined routine and doing the steps as stated in the video.

the ingredients used for the remedy here are:
HALF CUP OF FLAXSEEDS

You can use the gel on daily basis also as a remedial action, however incorporating along side your washing routine would be fine too.
the cream is generously filled with their tonics and nutrients thus can be used weekly for amazing and healthy hair.
