Simple Budgie Cage Set Up

make sure the cage is big for your budgie it should be able to move in the cage. avoid round, rooflike houses, and high cages. a good cage is one in which the bird can easily fly over to the other side. the perch must not be plastic, the best are those made of wood of different thicknesses and sizes. place at least 3 branches in the cage clean feeders and water bottles every morning and change food and water regularly. make sure the feeder is not too deep. get 23 cage toys, budgie loves to play! do not keep the cage where cold air blows, cover with a blanket at night, clean the tray once a week, and wash the whole cage with warm water once a month! here is a video of how I set up the cage for my budgies
