Set your fears aside, anyone can bake! Today we’re testing this theory by teaching Michael how to make a Simple Fruit Tart. It’s a salty, buttery shortbread crust, filled with a nottoosweet vanilla pastry cream, and accented beautifully with the fruit of your choice. For me, it’s got to be red fruits of all shapes and sizes, but for Michael’s partner Chris, we’re doing his favorite: bananas.
