Chinese donuts are very popular in China as a very traditional breakfast. Perfect ones are crispy outside chewy inside. It's not hard to make but so many people failed including me, until one day I suddenly realized that the most important thing is not about the recipe, it’s about the make method! With my improved make method I got perfect Chinese donuts! Here I'll share it with you, there's no secret but patience, after watching this video, you'll get it!

Chinese Donut Recipe:
Ingredients : (about 9 bread sticks)
frying temperature: 170190°C
300g all purpose flour
6g baking powder
2g baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 whole egg 64g
140 ml water
