I absolutely LOVE to find uses for stuff I would normally throw away, don't you? You may have seen the toilet paper tube treat holder before but I have some tips to make it MUCH easier. I tried several times to make this and every time it was a disaster...until today. The heavens opened, the angels wept, and I figured out the trick to making this project go together simply and easily.
