Simply Sourdough ~ The Simplest Sourdough You'll EVER Make

Sourdough Recipe (Makes 3 Loaves)

Ingredients:
1/3 cup of sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cup of warm water
1 TBSP of salt
6 cups of plain flour (not selfrising)
1 cup of sourdough starter

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and knead for 510 minutes.

Grease the bottom and lid of the bowl so that the dough doesn't stick during proofing.

Proof for 8 hours.

Punch the dough down and divide into 3 equal parts.

Place each part into a loaf pan and shape.

Top with desired toppings such as everything bagel seasoning.

Cover with towel and allow to rise for another 5 hours.

After the final proof, place in the over at 350 degrees for 3040 minutes.
