Singapore Gardens By The Bay | Anime at Garden 2024
The Sakura: Anime Garden 2024 event at Gardens by the Bay in Singapore, which celebrated Japanese pop culture, has already concluded. The event took place from Saturday, March 30 to Sunday, March 31, 2024, from 3:30pm to 10:00pm. It featured a Japanese music concert with debut performances in Singapore by top Japanese acts Hiro from MY FIRST STORY, TeddyLoid, and WISE, as well as special live performances by Hiroshi Kitadani and NANO. Attendees had the opportunity to meet and greet celebrity cosplayers Thames Malerose, Mikki, Baobao, and Xiaoyukiko at Flower Dome and join them for an autograph & HiTouch session at Supertree Grove. There was also an Anime Garden Cosplay Singles Competition and performances by incredible homegrown talents plus international performers direct from Japan. The Anime Marketplace offered Japanese street eats and exclusive anime merchandise at the retail booths. While some programmes were free, admission charges to the Flower Dome applied. It was a vibrant anime wonderland.
