Singleron Biotechnologies

As part of the "Single Cell Innovators" series, Singleron is proud to present a webinar by Dr. Bing Ren from UCSD sharing insights into:

Recent advances in epigenomics technologies, including single cell profiling of transcription factor binding and chromatin modification.
Identification of millions of potential regulatory elements across various human tissues.
Integration of these findings with genomewide association studies and deeplearning approaches.
Decoding the functional impact of genetic variants on gene regulation for personalized medicine and targeted therapies.

Dr. Bing Ren is a Professor of Cellular and Molecular Medicine at UC San Diego and the founding director of the university’s Center for Epigenomics. His work has been instrumental in unraveling the complexities of gene control across different cell types and its implications for diseases such as neurodegeneration and cancer. As Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science and recipient of the Chen Award for Distinguished Academic Achievement in Human Genetic and Genomic Research, Prof. Ren’s contributions have shaped the field of epigenomics.

Watch this webinar to learn about single cell epigenetics including single cell profiling of transcription factor binding and chromatin modification.
