It's the weekend and time for some delicious breakfast. I made pancakes, a fruit bowl, a yummy omelette and of course some coffee!
Ingredients,
1 cup all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt (if you use unsalted butter)
1 large egg
50 grams unsalted butter
2/3 to 1 cup of whole milk
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
