Sinking Hips-Separate the Hips and Legs

If your LEGS feel like they are sinking, doesn’t means the HIPS have to sink. Use spinal and pelvic extension/lengthening to align the hips. Bring the head into neutral positionspine has to be neutral as well. Keep nape of the neck to the tailbone in a horizontal line. If you can press the chest down (not the head) simultaneously push the hips up.
