"Siya'y Umalis, Siya'y Dumating" is a 1975 drama starring Marlene Dauden, Nestor de Villa Nestor, Pinky de Leon, Orestes Ojeda, Alona Alegre, Luis Gonzales, Blanca Gomez, Bert LeRoy Jr., Walter Navarro, and Mary Walters among others.

Directed by Mitos Villarreal and with a story and screenplay by Orlando Nadres, this film is among the very first Metro Manila Film Festival entries in its first edition held in September of 1975.
