In this challenging CIII(DI=43) case the treatment didn’t begin until the male patient has reached 18 after growth spurt has stopped. Extractions of 18, 28, 37, 47 and BS screws combined with CIII elastics were applied to distalize mandibular arch in the first treatment phase. Then crisscross elastics were used to correct posterior crossbite.
