To customize:
Get a measurement first of your desired height/length of your skirt and then the circumference of your waistline.

* Place the tape measure start from your belly button down to your knee level (or above or below your knee. Or according to your preference). Then make a foundation chain base on your desired length/height of your skirt.

* Then, measure your waistline (circumference). Place the tape measure around your waist.

Continue adding more rows until you get your size. Place your work around your waist and stretch it. Then sew it to close.
