This is Alternate Skyrim, a gamechanging mod released earlier this year that wipes out Skyrim's NPC's to make Skyrim a postapocalyptic world, in a sort of Skyrim meets Fallout concept. With its optional WorldEater addon, this mod also adds a Breath of the Wild or Tears of the Kingdomstyle open mission to defeat Alduin, with the potential for taking back each ruined city from his Dragon followers and their swarms of Draugr minions first. This mod is compatible with both Skyrim Special Edition and the Anniversary Edition update.

I've paired Alternate Skyrim with a bunch of other survival, scavenging, and resourcemanagement mods in an attempt to turn Skyrim into a Roguelike Survival game. This is my first permadeath attempt at defeating Alduin in this postapocalyptic modded world.

Alternate Skyrim is still in development and has an active community working on addons for the postapocalyptic world. The day after I posted this video, a new beta version released and the mod name changed to "Shattered A PostApocalyptic Skyrim".
