My FX Dynamic .357 shoots the FX Hybrid Slugs like a freakin laser! But they are fairly expensive at $20.00 for a box of 100...but I recently found out how to buy them a lot cheaper! The Company is called RMRBULLETS.COM located in Idaho...I am told that this is the company that makes the FX Hybrids and now sells them directly to the public, but calls them "Slapshot Slugs" instead of Hybrind Slugs. (They are exactly the same just different name.)
So a couple weeks ago I purchased 1500 of the normal Slapshot Slugs and asked the owner to include a handful of his Slapshot "Seconds" to test. My Dynamic .357 shoots these "Seconds" exactly the same as the regular ones for a lot less money. So for his Fourth of July 10% Discount Special I ordered Five Thousand of the "Seconds" which just arrived today!
It cost $433.50 for five thousand slugs which comes to $.086 each, versus $.20 each when I bought them from Utah Airguns for $19.99 for a box of 100. Even a can of 100 FX 81 grain pellets costs $21.00 at Pyramyd Air!
If you like to shoot the FX Hybrid Slugs then I strongly recommend you purchase some of these "Slapshot Slugs" from RMR Slugs an save a ton of money! You can shoot these top quality hybrid Slapshot Slugs seconds for half the price of FX Hybrid Slugs or even half the price of FX Pellets!!! And you can get these from RMR in .30 or .35 caliber. What's not to love! :)
