Ezri and I hiked the tallest peak in the Northeast Mt. Washington. Along the way we stayed at the Lakes of the Clouds hut and hiked nearby peak Mt. Munroe. They serve you dinner and breakfast at the hut and then we hiked up Mt. Washington in the morning. We reached the top around quarter to nine and enjoyed the quiet. Not long after the auto road opened and the first Cog trains of the day arrived. We checked out the museum and cafeteria and then made the long hike down via the Gulfside and Jewell Trails. We were tired by the end but happy with our adventure!
