Not sleeping well?
▶ Here’s part 3 of 3 on tips, positions and pillow use for when you have shoulder pain, had an injury or recovery from surgery. It doesn’t work for everyone and everyone is different but here is my guide for shoulders and hopefully it works for you.
I have just been through this firsthand so I have a good idea of what should be doing!
Remember the rules about pillows for you head and neck when sleeping on your back and your side, but most of all it’s more important that you get a good nights sleep then worrying about which position you are in.
