#Stayathome
Hello folks!
Welcome back to What’s For Tea :) So today I made Panacketly in the slow cooker :) Layers of sliced potato, onion, pork sausage and corned beef…in a delicious beef & tomato gravy!
I’d never heard of Panackelty (also known as Pan Haggerty) before but apparently it’s very popular and well loved in the NorthEast of England. I’ve seen a few different variations of this recipe!, and some use bacon instead of sausage. I had sausages that I needed to use up, so I’ve used them.
I was first made aware of the recipe from KeefCooks channel and went on to look at other recipes :) I’ve combined a couple of different recipes to make it how I though we, as a family would enjoy it. KeefCooks Panackelty video: • Panackelty | Pan Haggerty | Northeast...
Everything I used will be mentioned below incase you want to make it for yourself. Thanks for stopping by,
Cheryl x
