Despite the lack of rain, our peppers are coming along good. So good in fact it's time to take a small harvest! We love peppers on our sandwiches so with our 1st harvest I decided to do a batch of pickling using the recipe below and it did not disappoint!

2 cups of white vinegar
1 cup of water
1 TBSP salt
1/2 TBSP sugar
1 TSP mustard seed
1 TSP black peppercorn
1 TSP oregano
1/2 TSP celery seed
