No benefit of antibiotics for outpatient treatment of uncomplicated acute diverticulitis

●For patients who meet criteria for outpatient treatment of acute colonic diverticulitis, we suggest not administering antibiotics


Diverticulosis, Diverticulitis, Toxic Megacolon, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Acute and Chronic Mesenteric Ischemia, Celiac Disease, Appendicitis review for the PANCE, PANRE, Eor's and other Physician Assistant exams.
