This build is a renovation of the 'Small Suburban' starter home. The starter home was 85k however I HIGHLY do not reccomend buying this home to rebuild this renovation build in the video. I reccomend just doing the outline shown in the beginning because it will be way cheaper.

How do I rebuild this?
I highly recommend slowing down the video to make it easier to watch and to recreate the build at the same time :) I also recommend building the outline (birds eye view photo) first. ♡
