Ingredients:

4 16.5 oz cans Bush’s Original Baked Beans drained
½ red onion diced (or your favorite type of onion)
1 green bell pepper diced
4 cloves of garlic minced
¾ cup of brown sugar
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon chipotle pepper
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon Barbecue rub
1 1/2 cups of pulled pork

Instructions:

Preheat your smoker to 250 degrees

Mix all ingredients in a Dutch oven or aluminum pan

Place pan into the oven uncovered for one hour and 30 minutes

Stir well

Cover with aluminum foil and cook for another hour and 30 minutes

remove aluminum foil and stir again
