In this video, I demonstrate how I make bbq brisket baked beans on my offset smoker. I have listed the ingredient below but if you don't have time use dry beans or fresh tomatoes, substitute with Bush's beans,

Ingredients:

1 lb dry Navy Beans
23lbs Various types of tomatoes.
Olive Oil
1 Can of beer (I prefer an IPA)
1 Sweet onion
1 Jalapeño
1 Clove garlic
4 Cups Beef Broth
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
1 cup Brown Sugar
2 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbs Yellow mustard
2 tbs Molasses
2tb Apple Cider Vinegar.
