Rub recipe for 4 racks of spare ribs:
4tbsp Salt
2tbsp chili powder
2tbsp garlic powder
2tbsp onion powder
2tbsp lemon pepper
2tbsp paprika
1tbsp black pepper
2tbsp brown sugar
2tbsp tarragon flakes (grinded by hand)
1tsp cayenne pepper

For a finer rub, grind in a blender to make a smoother finish. For a crustier finish, leave as is.
