Who knew you could smoke a hotdog and make it taste so much better?!! In this video I will show you how to spiral slice them as well as wrap them in bacon to really jazz them up.

Fire up smoker to about 220°F (225240 is also fine)
Sauce spiral cut dogs after 1 hour
Wait 10 minutes and remove spiral cut dogs
Increase heat to 400°F if possible*
Wait about 15 minutes or when the bacon is done and remove bacon wrapped dogs
*Bacon will finish fine at 225240 but will take longer. Use visual cues to determine finish time.
