Learn how to smoke a WHOLE RACK OF LAMB on ANY smoker, whether it's a Pit Boss, Traeger, or a charcoal or electric smoker. First, we trim and season the rack of lamb using a simple homemade spice rub. Then we'll set up our Pit Boss Pro Series pellet grill with a pellet tube for extra smoke flavor to smoke the rack. While it's cooking, we'll show you how to prepare a delicious homemade chimichurri sauce with garlic and herbs. Finally, we'll crank up the heat to reverse sear the outside of the rack of lamb before resting and slicing!
