Smoking for the first time. This is a video documenting my first "smoking" adventure. Used baby back ribs and Stubbs wood chips on the Masterbuilt electric smoker. Topped off with KC Masterpiece and Sweet Baby Rays bbq sauces. These were delicious when finished and very easy to do. Feel free to leave a comment, suggestion, or observation.
