Recipe for Kinder Bueno Cheesecake without cooking without gelatin
Easy and quick recipe

For the base:
180 g biscuit of your choice
70 g melted butter

for Cheese cream:
300 g Philadelphia cheese
150 g mascarpone
130 g white chocolate hazelnut cream
1 tbsp sugar

For decoration:
100 g white chocolate hazelnut cream (100 g for the 20 cm mold for a wider mold = more cream)
2 bars of Kinder Bueno
3 squares of chocolate
