During the heyday of Disney doing director to videos sequels, during the mid2000s, they planned for a series of different spinoffs, one of which would've been about the seven dwarfs, how they met, and being a somewhat prequel to snowwhite, from 2006 2007 John Lasseter canceled any sequels that were in development of Disney classics, he was somewhat soft on the spinoffs, but only Tinkerbell emerged from the woodwork. A sprinkle of information was known about plot details of the dwarf spinoff, in 2018 on Vimeo, work in progress of the teaser trailer for the project was unveiled.
