Accepting an offer with a home inspection means that the buyer is going to hire a certified home inspector to come and do a full inspection.

There's 4 possible outcomes to this:

1. Yay! The buyer still loves the home and they move forward with the purchase! This is the most common scenario
2. Uh oh...there's something found that spooks the buyer about the home, and they walk away from the deal...
3. Maybe something unexpected is found, but the buyer asks that you the seller take care of the necessary repairs before possession
4. OR something unexpected is found and the buyer may negotiate the price back instead

Home inspections are quite common in offers these days, so there's no reason to stress over them!
