ingredients

500g of flour T45
1 tablespoon of salt
1cc of sugar
11g of baker's yeast
310g warm water
100g of soft butter at room temperature


Note:
If your oven does not exceed 220 °
Bake the bread at 210 ° for 10 minutes then 180 ° for the rest of the time

Decrease the time and
