The solar plexus chakra, also known as the manipura chakra, is the third chakra in the chakra system.

The solar plexus chakra is our chakra of selfesteem, personal power, and willpower. It represents our ability to make decisions confidently and to believe in ourselves.

When the solar plexus chakra is out of balance, you might feel a bit arrogant or like your ego is getting the best of you; or you might feel a bit stuck or down on yourself, depending on whether it’s overactive or underactive.
