Here's how the xcarriage idler pulleys stack up and assemble. The GT2 timing belts should run along the same plane as the rails. Depending on GT2 pulley brand used different amount of washers may need to be used. To avoid belt tensioning issues, keep the belt path as parallel as possible with the xaxis with proper spacers to minimize vertical movement of the idler pulleys.
