On this adventure I take you to the lovely Mohican State Forest in Ohio! It was an uncharacteristically warm day for March in Ohio with temperatures reaching 65 degrees! We had warm weather, sunshine, 50 mph winds and rain.

This video is a little different from my previous videos, as a significant portion of it is showing you what to bring during a backpacking trip. I wanted to do a "junk on the bunk" and completely empty out my pack so you guys could see what gear I bring on backpacking adventures! This isn't a comprehensive gear review video, just more of a gear checklist and some of the things you may need as a beginner to get started!

I hope this video gives some of you a good starting point on what sort of gear you should look for when preparing to get into backpacking. It's important to make sure you have the right things, especially if you're going to be going out solo!
