'Astane Janan' is one of the master works in Persian Dastgah music, by MohammadReza Shajarian and Parviz Meshkatian.
The final piece of the album is a composition of Meshkatian's, a Tasnif titled: 'Sheydayi' and just before the Tasnif, there is a nonmetered Avaz in 'Dashtestani'.

This Oud solo has taken melodies from that 'Dashtestani' in its freerhythm part and then comes an instrumental performance of 'Sheydayi'; hence tiltled: 'Sheydayi & Dashtestani'.
