I knew sending my kids to dad's for the summer would be miserable for them. He's pretty much ignoring them, didn't even celebrate one child's birthday, and we'll see if he acknowledges the next birthday...They're bored, can't do anything, and dad's not following through on promises to do fun activities. I'm not at all surprised, but I feel so bad for my boys :(They're missing out on a summer with friends they've made at school, summer sports, camps, everything :( is there anything I can do? We're 11 hours apart so he gets summer and I get the school year.
