This one's a little bit different insofar as this is part 2 of getting the Sony HVRM15 HDV back up and running and we get a lot closer to doing that in this video. There is a brief guest appearance from a Goodmans GMD16RB Minidisc player too which I suddenly worried I'd left the battery in for years!

The back tension band; I ended up using super glue which worked really well. I also didn't put the stills of the video head chips as the photos are not nearly as good as the live view!
