What is sophrology?

Sophrology was created 60 years ago by psychiatrist and neurologist, Professor Alfonso Caycedo. Sophrology is a method that aims to develop more serenity through practical exercises based on relaxation, visualization and movement.

Its purpose is to help reinforce positive attitudes and values in everyday life. The goal here is to be able to manage our stress and emotions. When Sophrology is practised regularly it leads to a healthy and relaxed body in an alert mind.
