आलू Potato 4 pieces (300 grams)
पालक Spinach 1/2 cup, chopped
शिमला मिर्च Capsicum 1/4 cup, chopped
हरी मिर्च Green chilli 2 pieces, chopped
अदरक Ginger 1 tsp, grated
कसूरी मेथी Fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
जीरा Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
अजवाइन Carom seeds 1/4 tsp
हींग Asafoetida 1 pinch
लाल मिर्च Red chilli 1/2 tsp, crushed
हल्दी पाउडर Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
नमक Salt less than 1 tsp
ज्वार का आटा Sorghum flour 1 cup (150 grams)
तेल Oil 2 tbsp
