SOURDOUGH DISCARD CHEESE CRACKERS:
200g sourdough discard (about 1 cup)
2 tbsps butter, melted
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
Salt, garlic and onion powder
*This is for the recipe in this video. You can change or adjust the seasonings to your liking*
Preheat oven to 325. Make sure your discard is room temp. Mix ingredients well. (If it starts to get thick when I add the cold cheese, I add a little filtered, room temp water to thin it back out.) and then spread evenly and thinly onto a parchment or silicone lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and score. Bake another 2025 minutes or until crispy.
