Direct commands:
Add firewall: cd /d "C:\Program Files\Sunshine\scripts" && addfirewallrule.bat
Add it as a service: cd /d "C:\Program Files\Sunshine\scripts" && installservice.bat

If you do not have UPnP or do not know if you have it:

Is the title clickbait? 8k 240fps?
No, it is not clickbait, in Moonlight when you click on the configuration if you want you can set up to 8k at 240fps, but in those cases you will need a very good connection and a very good GPU, the normal thing is to play via remote desktop between 1080p and 4k between 30fps and 120fps, I don't think you're going to play Fornite/Valorant/Etc... competitively via remote desktop
