In this tutorial I have a look at some more useful functions of sorting blocks and how you can set them up for your survival base.
We have a look at how to get sorters to drag certain items from one inventory to place in another as well as how to use them to only allow certain actions to be performed by players connected to the system. Some of the pitfalls of the system are also reviewed.
If you've got a system you think is more efficient or optimised in some way I would love to hear about it in the comments, I'm always looking for ways to improve these setups.
As noted in the video I'll look into mods and scripts that help with this in the future. For now this is a look at what can be done in vanilla with the blocks available :)
As always, don't forget to enjoy this awesome (if at times buggy) game!
