Spaghetti carbonara is a simple pasta dish. It has only a few ingredients & takes a bit of technique to get right. I am not a purist when it comes to food, but I do believe this dish is best in its traditional form. I have seen carbonara with additions like cream, peas, onions, garlic none of which belong. This dish is best when you buy good ingredients & keep it simple. Btw I never made carbonara on another channel. I made Fettucini Alfredo I linked the video.
