He turned his experiences and learnings into a brilliant book and guide titled Reboot : How to Manage Career Breaks and Return with Greater Success. He is also my exboss and the inspiration for my creative sabbatical.

My name is Rohit and I've had an unbelievable career in media, production, filmmaking, streaming, television, creative, business, stuff I've wanted to do my whole life, but as my career progressed, I started to feel a yearning for a break which I called my "creative sabbatical". It's a journey I'm still on but has been incredibly fulfilling. I'm so glad I took the plunge.
