THE VLOG WRITE UP

Oh Speedgoat, what are you doing....? What a wild race. Truly the toughest course I've ever been on; and that's saying something considering I train on the 14ers and that I've attempted Nolan's 14, twice. Just a rough and treacherous course. I'm not sure I'll be back to race the Speedgoat 50K again.... Truly, it was a bruiser and beat me down a bit. I'm sure my legs did not appreciate having last week's race in my legs. Definitely no regrets jumping in the 50K last weekend at the Under Armour Copper Mountain 50K. Running and racing the Speedgoat 50K with the top Hoka One One athletes was also a blast: Sage Canaday, Tim Tollefson, and Tim Freriks. They were all tough to compete against, and especially the winner from Vermont, DAVID SINCLAIR; he is going to be a force to be reckoned with moving forward all across the world of ultra running. Speedgoat 50K is crazy, and congrats to all the finishers out there, no go soak in a hot tub!

Who is SETH?
