How to setup DLG glider with Spektrum Radio.

Really easy to setup simple DLG glider with Spektrum DX9 radio. Many people avoid making Launch and Cruise Flight Modes, but I think that it is necessary . The other thing people forget is make trims independent in these two flight modes, or just don't know how to do that.
