The advice herein is simple, but I've probably given this system to a hundred students at this point and it has worked for every. single. one. Granted, that has been with me working with students one on one and pointing out to them when they weren't following the steps/pointing out why they were making mistakes, but I believe in you. You can selfregulate. Develop a system, be methodical, and know that it gets easier.
